Paula earned the Real Estate Affiliate Broker license in 2004 and the Real Estate Broker license in 2008.
 

The Graduate Realtor Institute designation was completed in December of 2010. Through the GRI program, sales professionals study marketing, ethics, contracts, finance, agency, technology and other real estate topics. The program provides real estate professionals with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to their clients. The GRI is a nationally recognized professional designation. Currently, approximately one in eight REALTORS in Tennessee holds the GRI designation.

Prior to opening her own firm in August 2015, Paula was affiliated with a large franchised company where she also served as Principal Broker and CEO.

 
Paula earned the ePro certification in 2007. Earning the e-PRO® certification shows consumers that Paula is willing to go the extra mile to provide the most up-to-date and sophisticated service and truly be a successful agent. Applying advanced technologies and social media strategies builds trust with clients.
 
Paula earned the SRES Designation in 2012. Seniors Real Estate Specialists® or SRES® designees are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of homebuyers and sellers age 50+. By earning the SRES® Designation, an agent has demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.
 

The Certified Residential Specialist was completed by Paula in April of 2013. CRS agents take their business seriously. They are the trend-setters, the pace-setters—the REALTORS® who really get things done. They talk to clients all day, every day and work hard to develop long-term relationships. They are trusted sources of referrals and resources, from enders to home inspectors to movers and home goods.

The majority of real estate transactions are handled by a small percentage of real estate agents. Paula earned the RCS-D designation in June of 2017 (Real Estate Collaborative Specialist-Divorce). This designation equips Paula to assist divorce lawyers in completing their client’s case file by gathering house documents and information and assist financial professionals in completing their client’s marital balance sheet with information impacting elder/divorce real estate issues. .
 
Paula earned the SRS designation in 2019 The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria. .
